Among the Mediterranean plants olives occupy an important place and like the citrus fruits,we produce them for two uses:industrial and ornamental. Among the first we have plants in pots, already rooted, or grafted in different varieties either for oil (Leccino, Frantoio, Coratina, Biancolilla, Cerasola, Moraiolo, Carolea) for eating, or both (Pichioline, Ascolana, Nocellara dell’ Etna, Nocellara del Belice, Nocellara Messinese, Itrana, Giaraffa).
Of particular importance today is the variety “Cypress or Windbreaker” , in fact in the past it was used only as a shelter from the wind, while today it plays an important role as an ornamental potted plant. It is a variety that lends itself to shaping (art of topiary) and therefore is requested in its different forms as a bush, a small young tree with a ball shape, espalier etc., with demands increasing steadily all over Europe.
In addition to olives we cultivate a vast range of other Mediterranean plants among which the Bougainvillea, the Oleander, the Lantana, the Leptospermum, the Cycas and the Mimosa stand out.
We are continually extending our production with new species that we produce in bush form, as a young tree,espalier ect . If you pay us a visit you will see for yourself what love we have for our plants.
